Day 5: RTP MAGIC

I got a mention on Adam Waters: RTP Blog 2.0 and as a result a lot of support and encouragement. I was having kind of a bummer day and BAM LIKE MAGIC your kind words and comments lifted my spirits. You guys are amazing.

Thank you Adam and all my shredder friends. You can have no idea how much you all have helped my life.

Yesterday I'm grateful I got to:

• Eat FOUR servings of fruits and veggies
• Drink SEVEN glasses of water
• Read a chapter from a spiritually enriching book
• Walk 1.3 miles
• Meditate

Christy, Last July when we "found" each other via Adam's blog did you ever think we'd be where we are now? In the beginning we thought we were the only ones reading each others' blogs but now look at you. you have so many who admire you and love your wit and sense of humor and also all the thought provoking and kind words you share...the ups and downs. So glad to continue on this journey with you with us(shredders). not only are you part of the team you are one of the "starters"!!
SOS!

Christy, you are awesome. I totally get what you mean about how we are alike but different. We click in a strange way. You're the first shredder that I really clicked with.

The cool thing Christy is that this is only the tip of the iceberg! We are just getting "warmed up" and I see you manifesting your goals in real time as you progress.

Shred on,
Adam

Suzette SOS. Shred on Sister! Who knew it would be this fun and with this many shredders? Can't wait to see how everybody progresses!

Mike I'm glad they make you smile. I can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve Monday.

Michael We'll have to have a West Coast Shredder Summit like you said. Even if it's just me and you.

Adam You're here again. Thank you for all the encouragement and your awesome blog. Maybe that magic will make that marathon happen in the 10 months instead of a year and ten months? I'll love every bit of real time progress no matter how long it takes. :)

Rob You're really cool. I love the picture of your wife on your blog on the magazine cover. You guys look so in love and you're family is growing and your in such good health. AND that pic of you as a little boy is adorable. It's really cool to get to know you in "cyber space."
