I've been a bit busy. I want to make this quick so I can get around to everybody's blog. My eating and walking is back on track. I have to wait until the heat dies down, but I don't mind walking when it's dark. It's a safe neighborhood.
Yesterday I'm grateful I got to:
• Walk 1.5 miles
• Eat FIVE servings of fruits and vegetables
• Drink SEVEN glasses of water
• Practice guitar TEN minutes and do hand stretches

There is nothing safe! Take care but enjoy yourself too. I do love heat tho...wear shorts and flaunt it!
