The first error is the assumption that you are not enough. The second error is that you can do something about it because it operates under the incorrect assumption of the first error. You are enough. No matter where you are in life, what you did or did not do today, YOU ARE ENOUGH--ALWAYS.

Day 27: One more day
Do we get a break after this? I'm gonna start a mission, but there's some things I have to work out.
A very big thank you all for your kind comments. I'm still a little out of sorts, so I'm keeping this short.
Yesterday I grateful I got to: • Eat SIX servings of fruits and vegetables • Read 1/2 chapter • Drink FOUR glasses of water
But Christy, how can you still be out of sorts and still look so CUTE? And skinny besides? A big high-5 for making it. To heck with the depres...you are a star! Lynda
My Mission Goals • Enjoy the good health, strength, and confidence that comes from taking care of my body every day. • Be a supportive member of the Shredder Council. • Be honest, allow myself to feel all my feelings on this journey, and express them in my blog.
As a byproduct of succeeding at the goals above, my success will also be reflected in numerical data. The American Council on Exercise and says women's body fat should be between 14-31%. Weight Watchers suggest the healthy weight range for me: 124-148lbs.
