As a byproduct of succeeding at the goals above, my success will also be reflected in numerical data. The American Council on Exercise and says women's body fat should be between 14-31%. Weight Watchers suggest the healthy weight range for me: 124-148lbs.

Happy New Year Christy. As I type this there's about 11.5 hours left of 2007.
