Day 6: Rest and No rest

I'm pretty sore so I needed to take a break from walking and working out. I've got to make sure not to reinjure myself, but I'm feeling pretty great about this week. I turned up the heat on my web page building though and put five pages up. I'm still working though. So I'm gonna keep at it to hit my weekly goal. My week starts on Friday so tomorrow is the last day of my week. More later.

My little girl is growing up {sniff sniff!} I'm so proud of U, Christy!!! Welcome to the DOMS experience. Make sure you keep on going - that soreness magically disappears when you continue to work out. But right - don't overdo it!

Christy, great job on the workouts. You need to always take some time off. Your body doesn't change directly from the workout, it is from the rest that you take. Good job!

Thanks for trying to get all the spam off my IM widget on my blog, I think I will remove it as it is already spammed again. Have you seen Dougal's post yet, man that's gotta be tough, I emailed him this morning to see how he is but nothing back yet.

You are certainly getting those miles down now, won't be long until our race ;-))
