The first error is the assumption that you are not enough. The second error is that you can do something about it because it operates under the incorrect assumption of the first error. You are enough. No matter where you are in life, what you did or did not do today, YOU ARE ENOUGH--ALWAYS.

V for Victory - Day 6
Hey guys! Thanks for your very supportive comments. I'm still hoping to be able to get up in time to post photos tonight, but it's storming out and the power has surged a few times already,
My MacBook is positioned on a chair to the right of my bed. I use the photobooth program and cam that's built into the laptop. I just reached over and hit the button.
My Mission Goals • Enjoy the good health, strength, and confidence that comes from taking care of my body every day. • Be a supportive member of the Shredder Council. • Be honest, allow myself to feel all my feelings on this journey, and express them in my blog.
As a byproduct of succeeding at the goals above, my success will also be reflected in numerical data. The American Council on Exercise and says women's body fat should be between 14-31%. Weight Watchers suggest the healthy weight range for me: 124-148lbs.
