My Mission Goals
• Enjoy the good health, strength, and confidence that comes from taking care of my body every day.
• Be a supportive member of the Shredder Council.
• Be honest, allow myself to feel all my feelings on this journey, and express them in my blog.
As a byproduct of succeeding at the goals above, my success will also be reflected in numerical data. The American Council on Exercise and says women's body fat should be between 14-31%. Weight Watchers suggest the healthy weight range for me: 124-148lbs.

It was really good to see you - I'm glad you're doing well! That's so great to hear you're hitting the pool, too. I think I can speak for all of the "real" shredders when I say that we look forward to you making your visits again!

Hi Christy!
Was a nice touch with the video to hear your voice and see your personal mannerisms, although you can always say those mannerisms are another side effect of the meds :D Even though you are exceptional at communicating your feelings through your writing, a video is a nice thing to add. It's almost like we're spying! Digging right down into the heart of your life, but hey, we're here for your support and always appreciate your courage under fire!
Christy, I am oh so glad you are doing better. It sure was very awesome to see you live in person via your video. Seeing you has put a smile to my face. I love your mannerisms. You kind of remind me of myself. lol. I hope things continue to go well and that you will be back typing with us once again soon. We have all been worried for you.
At least you have meds to blame for your "issues". lol. I don't have an excuse!lol. it must be the genes.
I am so glad you have not had the side effect weight gain from your meds. that is good.

I can truthfully that have had a great day today, BUT your video was absolutely the BEST PART! What a thrill to see you and find that you are doing so much better. Have been worried about you and wondering how things are going, so now I know that you are just fine! BTW, you look so young, so cute and oh so much fun to talk with. Love the way you talk fast, talk a lot and say all kinds of things. Do take care so you can get back to us NOW.

Yay! Great to see you and hear from you! You're so cute and charming. I wish we lived close by so we can be gal pals and shred together. Maybe some day we'll meet at a Shredder convention somewhere in the world. Or you can visit Kauai - it's quite lovely this time of year!
