The first error is the assumption that you are not enough. The second error is that you can do something about it because it operates under the incorrect assumption of the first error. You are enough. No matter where you are in life, what you did or did not do today, YOU ARE ENOUGH--ALWAYS.
Weight on each leg? That's awesome! Milestone after milestone is getting crushed and passed by you. I meant to comment yesterday, but it seems like everyone else said what I wanted to say, and the energy and enthusiasm you have in today's post shows that a little support and focusing on YOUR goals can go a long way. Congrats.
Hi Christine! (Just went to your website). Hope you´re having a great day today and things are easy for you. Saw where you try to dance daily...are you enjoying doing that? Are those steps getting stronger? Is little doggie loving being with you? Thinking of you each day and sending vibes to make you happy! Lynda
Debbie! I don't know that song, but I tried to find it on Youtube to no avail. I'll ask my sister, she'll know. Thanks for visiting again. You're so cool about coming by super regularly.
Dougal, progress not perfection is a phrase I startin' learning and living about 25 months ago. We may have some mutual friends. Thanks for the encouragement.
Lynda, the dancing was before my injury, but it's funny you wrote this, because I just started chair dancing. It'll be back to my regular goofy bedroom dancing soon. Thanks.
My Mission Goals • Enjoy the good health, strength, and confidence that comes from taking care of my body every day. • Be a supportive member of the Shredder Council. • Be honest, allow myself to feel all my feelings on this journey, and express them in my blog.
As a byproduct of succeeding at the goals above, my success will also be reflected in numerical data. The American Council on Exercise and says women's body fat should be between 14-31%. Weight Watchers suggest the healthy weight range for me: 124-148lbs.

Christy, you are doing great. So happy to read of your progress. I too was listening to "feeling stronger" yesterday but it was by Chicago.

Raiden! Thank you. I checked out your blog the other day. Frisbee! Cool cardio. Shame about the light change, but you're so innovative.
Diane! I love when you visit my blog. Thanks. I'm a big Police fan so now I get to think of you when I hear that song.
Suzette! I'll be thanking you for the rest of my life I hope. I'll never get tired of it. Thank you.
