The first error is the assumption that you are not enough. The second error is that you can do something about it because it operates under the incorrect assumption of the first error. You are enough. No matter where you are in life, what you did or did not do today, YOU ARE ENOUGH--ALWAYS.
Hi Christy, today I finally read more on your bio..was wondering what do you do for the USO...stand up comedy? Also, read that you appeared on Last Comic Standing...were you actually on the show? I checked out your website too...looks wonderful. Wish I saw your site at the end of the school year...I would have used your teacher gratitude poem in the boys last day of the year cards for their teachers...but there is always next year! Thanks for sharing all of your great karma with us.

As a byproduct of succeeding at the goals above, my success will also be reflected in numerical data. The American Council on Exercise and says women's body fat should be between 14-31%. Weight Watchers suggest the healthy weight range for me: 124-148lbs.
