Man, this cold is just lingering forever.It's been over a week. My right ear is so stuffed up, but I'm sure it's just the tail end of it.
Just typing here really helped remind me to make better food choices and drink more water. I got in six servings of fruit and vegetables yesterday. And two glasses of water. (I've fallen down to zero for many days in a row).
I didn't do a meditation or my back exercises, so I'll type that here and have faith that the ole blog magic will kick in. :)

ok christy, don't fall back into the "old" habits. you better get back to drinking more water and make sure you get your veggie in. of course you really should get your back exercises in. you don't want to go backwards with your progress. besides all that, i hope you get to feeling better soon. the cold bug has been going around our house and has caught up to me the past few days. just think, it's only temporary.

The cold will go away, I had it for 2 weeks!!! Feeling almost 100% today and tomorrow I will go back to the gym!
I hear you girl! I've been struggling big time with nasty bouts of colds and flus since Nov, but it isn't going to get the best of us - we will overcome:)
