The first error is the assumption that you are not enough. The second error is that you can do something about it because it operates under the incorrect assumption of the first error. You are enough. No matter where you are in life, what you did or did not do today, YOU ARE ENOUGH--ALWAYS.

Day 8: HUNGRY
OMG! I am so unbelievably hungry, and I totally went wild on the free snacks at the USO. I'll log it into my WW program when I'm home and see the damage. Yikes!
My Mission Goals • Enjoy the good health, strength, and confidence that comes from taking care of my body every day. • Be a supportive member of the Shredder Council. • Be honest, allow myself to feel all my feelings on this journey, and express them in my blog.
As a byproduct of succeeding at the goals above, my success will also be reflected in numerical data. The American Council on Exercise and says women's body fat should be between 14-31%. Weight Watchers suggest the healthy weight range for me: 124-148lbs.

Drats! There went the flex point for the week!! We all have those days. Keep your chin up.
Do you work at the USO? I've been to quite a few when I was in the military. Those snacks are very hard to pass up!
